Building Management Systems

The BMS is a computerized system that is designed for large buildings with main functions of: monitoring control, optimization of the electro-mechanical systems of a building in order to increase the safety and efficiency of the building.

The BMS interacts with the following systems of a building:

Electrical power Installation

Lighting Installation

Control systems of the electrical power installation

HVAC – Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning

Security system

Access control system

Fire detection and/or extinguishing installation

Elevators

Water supply system

Alarm system

From tenants, owners and administrators, all will benefit from the advantages of a well-designed and implemented BMS.

Tenants:

For tenants the BMS offers a high comfort in the building, the possibility of independent control of the rooms or certain areas of a building, monitoring of energy consumption, rapid response to problems in the HVAC system, increasing productivity of employees, which leads directly to the efficiency of the costs involved.

Owners:

In the current environment it is very important for owners that is the added value of their building. The real estate market has other standards and, offering a simple space for rent is no longer interesting for customers. The installation of a BMS increases the value of the building, offers flexibility to change the destination of spaces, possibility of separate billing of utilities, remote control and monitoring of the building systems, increasing the level of comfort and time savings.

Administrators:

Any administrator seeks to have as much information as possible and in short time to be able to act accordingly, before it is too late. The BMS will bring for administrators: ease of finding and reporting problems arising from building systems, automating repetitive processes, efficient use of human personnel, real-time detection of problems, more satisfied tenants.
